Public Information Evaluation Tool
The execution of public information activities can promote the Weatherization Assistance Program and educate the public about the wide array of benefits offered. This document can assist you in tracking your public information campaign activities and the results over the next 12 months. You will record pertinent information such as your target audience, your marketing method, and the type of feedback you received.
It is extremely important that state and local agencies record activities and evaluate their success during their initial campaign. This will help agencies target their investment of time and resources into those activities that will yield success, and eliminate those activities that fail to reach their intended audience or experience unfavorable results.
The format is a simple-to-use chart for recording activity and evaluating success. The journal will provide local, state, federal, and other interested parties with valuable information about the education process occurring at all levels of the Weatherization Assistance Program. Right click
here to open and begin and using the journal. Click "Save As" and map the location you would like to save the file in.
