NASCSP 2009 Annual Conference
The National Association for State Community Services Programs held their 2009 Annual Conference September 15-18, in Bloomington, MN. There, the state directors of the Weatherization Assistance Program and the Community Services Block Grant met to discuss experiences, concerns, and plans for the Program and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
