Energy Information Administration's (EIA) Annual Energy Outlook
According to the EIA's Annual Energy Outlook, 2009 projected first-year energy savings for households weatherized during 2009 calendar year are now revised to $350 reflecting revised assumptions about future natural gas prices. The benefit/cost ratio is 1.67.
