Weatherization Assistant Version 8.4
This version provides all of the optional administration features provided in Version 8, but does not contain the technical improvements featured in more recent versions. Compared to version 8.3, this version provides the improved, field-validated revision of MHEA recommended for use by the MHEA Steering Committee that more accurately predicts the energy savings of mobile home weatherization measures. This version also runs on both the Vista and XP computer operating systems, includes some modeling changes in NEAT to improve accuracy, offers expanded capabilities to include or exclude mandatory measures in the calculation of the total SIR for the house, and allows multiple ducts requiring insulation to be described.
