Weatherization Assistance Program Standardized Curricula

 

These curricula are designed to be comprehensive, yet flexible tools useful to both new and experienced instructors as we expand the Weatherization Workforce. A new instructor can download the entire module for a comprehensive training session. Experienced trainers may only want to download specific sections to beef up their existing presentations. Modules for each weatherization position will be released in the coming weeks and months. 

 

If you are applying for training center accreditation, you will need to show that your curricula addresses all of the defined Job Tasks defined for the job category. The standardized curricula was developed before the accreditation requirements were finalized. To make aligning the curricula with the now final Job Task Analyses (JTAs) easier for trainers, we've developed a matrix that shows which chapters of the standardized curricula address each of the JTAs defined for each of the four job categories: Installer, Crew Lead, Auditor, Monitor/Inspector.
